Congratulations to all the Scouts
who received badges and ranks
at the Harvest Festival! Thank
you to everyone who helped to make this event
a success! Mr. Wallgren and Mr. Pillsbury Sr.
have had recent health issues and I ask that you
please join me in wishing them both a speedy
recovery. Welcome Webelos! In the next few
weeks, we have invited 3 Webelos dens to visit
with us. This is a great opportunity to showcase
our troop. Coming soon: Game Night
(December 20) and a Bears Den cabin campout
with Archery in January.
Congratulations to Brady

Caroling and Campfire
On Tuesday, December 10 at
6:00pm, Pack 496 is sponsoring
a door-to-door neighborhood
walk to sing Christmas carols. This is an old
European tradition to encourage community
awareness. Would Troop 4 like to sponsor a
campfire here at Holy Spirit? The Pack will have
light refreshments after the neighborhood walk.
Please join us for any portion of the above.
We will have our annual Troop 4
Lock-in Game Night in the hall
at Holy Spirit from Friday, December 20 at 6pm
to Saturday, December 21 at 9am. The doors
are locked – once in, you are in! The boys will
cook dinner and breakfast, and they will also
have their Christmas party. There will be a $10
gift swap for all who want to join in. You may
bring video games if they are rated up to “T” for
teen audience. You must have more than 1
controller so a friend can play, and you are
responsible for your own game system and tv.
