Gardner Scouts Troop 4


Who Are We

Founded in 1938 by the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Parish, Gardner Scouts Troop 4 focus’s on personal and character development and good citizenship through scouting spirit & community service.



Our Program

Troop 4’s scouting program centers around the core values of BSA Scouting. They participate in weekly meetings as well as monthly camping trips or other overnight activities which also include summer camp and indoor sports and games during the winter months. At least once a year the troop will conduct a high-adventure event of their choice.  The troop also serves the city of Gardner and it’s surrounding community through various project to help others in need.




The In4mer is Troop 4’s monthly news letter that contains important information about upcoming events and activities such and weekly meetings, camping trips, fundraising events and community service projects.


 Scoutmaster’s Minute

It is important to be a good leader and a good follower.

Do a good turn daily help us with cemetery sweep or scouting for food.

Offer suggestions for activities, troop meetings and campouts.  Talk with your Patrol Leader or Senior Patrol Leader today!

Choose merit badges and prepare wisely especially for camp.

Prepare and dress for the weather.  Good advise for camping and everyday life.
